Adel Esmail is a chartered accountant with more than twenty years of experience across audit, tax, company formation, and advisory services.
His experience includes corporate tax services, tax filings, company incorporation, investor advisory, financial planning, feasibility studies, valuation work, due diligence reports, financial systems development, restructuring, mergers, and management advisory.
As the executive partner, he maintains overall supervisory responsibility for client engagements and the quality of services delivered by the firm.
